Help! Header hitting radiator.

So I'm in the process of putting a Hindle Full-Ti system on my 08, and I've got everything pretty much wrapped up. To get to the actual header (both stock and the hindle) I removed the bolt that holds the lower part of the radiator and then let it swing forward... this made the install notably easier, but now the radiator can not swing all the way back to the lower mount, because it hits the damn headers! Anybody have any ideas why this would be the case?

Akras supplies spacer that goes behind the rad mount supports where it mounts to cases, jutting the mount out further.

Remove rad mount from engine cases, put shim of washers behind mount, bolt back to cases so rad now mounts and misses headers. My engles make sense?

Oh and post some pix plese....

Is the system on correctly?? and are the the headers/bracketts fully seated and tightened ??
My Brocks system touched the fan brackett so i just trimmed it down after i made sure everything was on correctly. I must say Hindle/Brocks systems are very tight to work with and in my experience a PIA. Dont no why they just are. If all the above is fine give them a call and let them know..

As far as I can tell, everything is in place where it should be, perhaps I should do what KLW suggested. I have run the bike and there doesn't appear to be any exhaust leaks, which is what leads me to believe everything is as it should be. And I would call Hindle, but i bought the exhaust used so I can't expect much from them.

For what it's worth though, the exhaust sounds really good, better than I expected... and a steal for $600.

It's doubtful I will get any sound clips, but I will get pics once it's installed. The can is kinda finger-printy, but I plan on powdercoating it black to match my bike, so it shouldn't affect the over-all look. Well I'm off to the store to get my some washers/longer bolt, be back later.

Oh my God! Got it done and I friggin love this system. It's the exact sound i was looking for, and I can't argue with the performance gain either. Untuned there is a definite seat-of-the-pants gain, front definitely gets higher off throttle in first, and gets headshake all the way through 3rd gear.
