Gear Indicator not working???????

My GI is not working.I took a healtech Xtre off and now no GI.At first, one of the wires was pulled out in the connector.I pushed it in and it came up for a moment then quit again. Are there fuses.Any ideas.both wires pulled out an I think I put them back in the same position.
What do the 2 wires match up to on the white plug by the tank? thanks

down near your front sprocket there is a black sensor that has 2 screws, undo this and there is 2 copper bullets that have pressure put on them from 2 springs so they make contact on the sensor giving which gear indication. Mine was missing gear changes i re tensioned the spring and smoothed the tips of the bullets and came good.

No probs mate keep a one on it cause when i did it the o ring under the sensor didn't seal well so i had to get a new one ($2) i only noticed it had a slow oil leak when i took the front sprocket cover off. Just check it after your next ride.

Glad i could Help
