engine removal

didn't find a thread on removing engine from 04 zx10? Guess just get in there and do it or is there an easy way. Last one I did I had a hard time with removing it from frame.

You guys are cruel..............a plasma cutter? isn't that a little extreme fellas? just get a good chizel,a 6 pack of bush (HAS to be bush or old milwaukee) and a big ass sledge hammer....the rest should be pretty much self explanitory. then if all else fails, i'd go for the plasma cutter.
