Dry sump is done!

Well the dry sump is finally done. This should fix the rest of the oiling troubles.

Motor is back in after pulling it last summer.



I had a company out west do it. He makes some really slick kits that are head and shoulders nicer than what else is out there which isnt much.

What are the benefits of a dry sump???

Looks very nice.

Three questions:

1) Is the stock main oil pump retained, unaltered?

2) What kind of oiling troubles were you having? Just wondering why the stock system didn't work.

3) That looks like a scavenge pump where the stock water pump was. Do you have an electric water pump for the cooling system?
