Is it the cold start?

A few days ago my daughter knocked my bike over, since then, it'll start, tick over and red fine, but once warm the revs will not drop below 3.5k. Anyone experienced this or have any idea of what the problem could be?

no, not cold star. check ur throttle adjustment, idle adjustment, sounds like throttle grip/tube hit and rotated past normal tube throttle stop.

Checked them all ok, it would surely rev up when cold as well wouldn't it if the throttle was sticking? When cold runs well with throttle response and dropping back down, just when it's cold, hence why I wondered if cold start was stuck.
