Clutch Play vs Heat Issues

My clutch lever play gets tighter as the bike gets hotter. I checked the clutch adjustment both at the clutchs lever and case. I run Motul 300V and recently had new oem clutch kit put in. The springs were within range as well.. All I do is track days and race. Any ideas on why that might happen? It makes it really hard to launch the bike because the clutch play is consantly changing form the time I leave the pit to the start of the race.
