Clutch install and adjustment>??

OK, so i am finally replacing my clutch after 19,000 miles. I am going with the Barnett Clutch Pak w/ springs, 10 friction plates, 10 steel plates+new gasket. Th Barnett steel plates have 8 plates the same thickness and theres 2 that are slightly thinner. The OEM has 10 friction and 8 steel plates and 1 double steel plate. My question is do i reuse the factory double steel plate and use the regular 8 steel Barnette Plates, or do i not use the double steel plate and use the two thinner plates i recieved with my kit. My 2nd question is.....Is the double steel plate the slipper ???? I have never isntalled a Slipper before so i need some of your guys wisdom on this matter
