And the butt dyno says YES.....

That the GiPro w/ATRE does seem to make my Gen 2 with Akro cans and K&N filter crisper and build low end power more and sooner, also the on/off throttle seems smoother too. Just my 2 cents..
I started the install of both the Healtech Speedohealer and GiPro w/ATRE last weekend when I finally tackled my spark plug swap after approx 8500 miles. On that note, FUGG!!! What a PIA!! Spark plug replacement sucks! The Healtech bits were easy enough to install, since I already had the bike half apart for the plugs. And set up and calibration was easy too. Just went for a quick 30 mile rip and I am impressed thus far.

I have the same setup and I agree with you as far as the throttle response. I also installed -1 in the front, a quickshifter and made it GP shift. Made a big difference, I was more comfortable shifting. Good job!

13.7% variance... Damn, I'm a lot slower than I thought I was! Ha! I used the initial inputs of 95mph on my cluster vs 82mph on my old school Tom-Tom GPS, where the healtech online calculator gave me the 13.7% variance. It was near impossible and way too unsafe to go any faster while glancing at the GPS.I entered 13.5% into the speedohealer. So I verified speeds at 20mph, 45, 60, 80, and again at 95 and my speedo is now spot on. Check out my custom GPS mount, painter's tape and an old plastic peanut jar cap as a support. I then went into the calibration screen (on the GPS) and taped off the surrounding screen so I could see the mph at a glance. You gotta work with whatcha got! Ha! The only gripe I have with both healtech add-ons is that when going from low to high beams when dark, the gear indicator almost always shows "d" and diverts to the highest/brightest setting, and after about 10 seconds goes back to the lowest (#1) setting that I saved. Anyone have any tips on how to prevent this? When it diverts to that high setting it about blinds me! Otherwise, I love both the GiPro ATRE and the Speedohealer. I swear, throttle response and acceleration is considerably improved!
