been there, tried it....doesnt really work
I use the epoxy trick to fill in the low points where the head casting meets the pressed in valve seat...without a flow bench and such, i just keep to the original profile and "blueprint" everything.....sorta like the race manual describes.
Match the boots to the head, and make sure everything is silky smooth.
I also knife edge the intake splitter....make it as sharp as possible.
2004 ZX10R-few mods here and there......
and even made more Evil by Woolich.
