Another epoxy head :-)

This is for another forum member off to the machine shop in the AM!

in case anyone is wondering I'm charging $500 bucks to disassemble, epoxy port, head re-surfaced, re-assembly, shim cams to valvetrain, and ship back

Cool cool. I still need to put a tune on my pc5... just dragging my feet. Maybe one day I will get you to epoxy the head on my 3rd Gen and I will toss in a race cam at the same time.

Yeah garth i wonder how this would work on a smaller displacement bike...
i had my head done the same way a formula extreme zx-6R was done and well given i didnt do back to back runs, she put down same numbers in 109 degree heat as she did when previously dynoed in 70 degree weather.
so i am sure there is a gain, but wonder how your head stuff would do.

maybe when i get back from down range i can send you some work adn do this with a back to back.
