Annitori QS with Power Commander 5?

My buddy just bought a Gen.4 ZX-10R. It has the ECU flashed by Guhl, no fuel management, and an Annitori Quick Shifter. Just curious if it is possible to run the Annitori Quick Shifter with the Power Commander 5? If so, is there any other expansion module or mods you would need to run those two together?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Yeah you can run both. The quick shifter harness goes in-line with the coils cutting ignition. The power commander goes in-line with the fuel injectors so you shouldn't have any issues running both of them. They are each their own system. No need for anything else to run them.

I had nothing but problems running the annatori qs with the power commander v and ignition module.
All that piggy backing was causing weird things to happen. I tried everything but eventually
Removed the quickshifter and replaced it with a dynojet shifter which stopped all these problems occuring.
I know in theory they should work together, dynojet said so, annatori said so but my experience the 2009 zx10 I got was not happy with all that piggybacking going on.

I know its not a problem for you now, but did you check to make sure the coil positive connected to the positive on the shifter loom? Mine had one around the wrong way which caused issues.
