It Is Alive

What more do I need to say? She fired right up after letting the fuel pump prime for 20 seconds...not sputter at all. The wd-40 on the throttle bodies and they slid in like a hot knife through butter. I kept pushing down thinking they hadn't seated although I did douce it a little bit.

The exhaust has a nice back pressure and perfect smell and slightly warm so my map should be golden.

I revved her for 5 minutes and went through the gears while on the rear stand to verify nothing was pinging or knocking.

Tomorrow, place on the sprocket cover and bodywork and give her a thorough lashing to make sure she is fine near the red line!!!

NOt paid again until the 2nd so a dyno run will be in the future to check my map and true hp now. miykl want to send me the stacks and I can dyno them?

Good Job!

I might be doing the same when my wrecked zx10 comes in about 2 weeks. It will be a track bike only so I don't f$#k up my main 10 and will look for extra Hp.

Wish i could.... I almost put the stock stacks in last night. Wish I would have. instead, I decided to customize the air box to get a better seal for the FP stacks. I fugged it all up. I'll either be buying a new airbox or glassing the bottom of mine. yesterday was not a good day for my tinking abilities. rolled backward from morning till night. End result is a decent temp fix but the stock stacks had to be sacrificed.
