2017 10RR, rearsets/gp shift/ecu

I read somewhere that to change the gear shift to the race shift on a 16R you need to make changes in the ECU.
Does this apply to the 2017 10RR ?

All models from 2016 through 2020 are the same.

You technically don't need to reflash the ECU for that, but you have use a bellcrank setup so you change the direction of the pedal without changing the orientation and trigger of the sensor. If you plan on just flipping the shift arm like previous models, you'll have to deal with some mechanical interference on the frame if using the OEM sensor and you'll need to change the direction of the sensor in the software. That requires a reflash.

I may not be perfect, but at least I don't ride a Suzuki.

FWIW, Attack rearsets do that very well.

Indeed. Thanks for posting a specific one for that!
