2011 zx10r graves slip on difference

I'm looking at the graves slip on exhaust I'm not sure what the real difference between the stainless and titanium. Other then the metal. Does anyone thing there is that much of a difference sound or power wise?

Titanium is lighter and the sound....should be the same
