Shooting from the hip, I'd say your in the 12-15% range. All stock, the speedo is off about 8-10%. You're going off quite a bit more than that. The most accurate way to check and calculate your error is with a GPS that shows speed or using the VASCAR method of timing yourself over a given distance. Then you'll know what kind of error you have based on your exact setup.

I may not be perfect, but at least I don't ride a Suzuki.

I think when I ran that setup on my Gen 2, I had my speedohealer set at 12.5% to get it pretty close. Try that and go out with a GPS and see how close that gets you.

I thought that with just a -1 front it was 12.2% roughly... shouldn't it be off more now?

Not sure where you got the 12% figure with just -1, but it's not that high. but each bike will be slightly different. The only way to know accurately is to measure it on your bike.

On my gen 3, -1 was -12.1; with -1/+2 it is -15.5.

Run it at 60 on the GPS for better accuracy.
