06' extension or extended swingarm?

i do apologize if this has been discussed already, but i did not find a thread about it.

here in a few days i will be picking up my 06' 10 and was wondering if anyone had any feeling towards extending the bike. I have a rode a GSXR 1000 ("Death Dealer" customized by Altered Chrome) with both an extended swingarm and with extensions and felt fine with both. do you think the 06' would have a nicer ride or be safer with an extended swingarm or extensions? if both are the same would the extensions for the 04'-05' fit the 06'? i have not been able to find extensions for the 06'.

also, would the lowering links for 04'-05' fit the 06'? this i am not to worried about if they dont fit i can mill my own, but i was just wondering.

i have been riding Gixxer's for the past 5 season and this is my first Kawasaki. in case you cant tell.

thanks

All depends on the application, if you drag occasionally then extensions. If you drag alot then do the swingarm. If you like the street and twisties then leave it alone or buy a new chain and extensions and swap out when you occasionally want to drag it. A lot of draggers like to see what they can do at stock length and when they feel like they have reached their limit then, they add extensions or stretch the swingarm. I personally see alot of people running extensions but I am not sure I trust them myself being held on by just a bolt.
