Corser might beat Bayliss this time, as Monza is a very fast track and the Suzukis seem to have a horsepower edge. Still rootin' for Bayliss, tho.

Cool to see the Kaws qualify well. We'll have to see if Walker, et al, are still the kings of 10th place when it's race time.

Also, nice to see Muggeridge do well upon return from his accident hiatus.

And what happened to Fonsi?

i thought Fonzi broke his foot or summat?

not making excuses for JT but i think he's got a lotta bike to contend with, let alone winning races on one. its been reported that the Ten Kate CBR1000RR makes 220-230whp and has absolutely no traction control. you can see that the bike is hugely lacking traction at every race, as his is absolutely sideways outta every corner. its another example of 'power is useless if you cant put it down.'

Yeah, but Muggeridge (coming back from 2 cracked vertebrae) still outqualified him -- on the same bike.

Not sayin' JT isn't good. I like to see him do well and he appears to be a good bloke. Just think he seems to have psych issues. Kinda like Gibernau -- lots o' talent, but F'd in the head.

Re: Nieto -- Just surprised to see him do so well in provisional, only to get beaten out by Walker & Laconi during Superpole.
