The way I see it:

The DMG series is going to run next year. The question is whether there will be any factory riders other than Yamaha. It might become privateers versus Yamaha for a year. A lot of, if not all, the top riders for other brands have been exploring other options; they'd be crazy not to ...

I don't see how the MIC series could go ahead except maybe at second-rate tracks, but who is going to run the event?

There is a distinct possibility that Honda and Suzuki may be taking a year off from racing in the USA. Even if they decide at the last moment to participate (because the MIC ends up being stillborn?) where will their top riders have gone?


Helibars, MRA screen, Ohlins damper, reversed shift pattern, sorted suspension, braided lines, Michelin Pilot Power, all else stock 'coz it's fast enough!

trouble is that Ray Blank et al are so frickin full of themselves that they cannot see how foolish they look.
