That's great news! He's a talented rider with a great attitude.

I hope he does great! I've been waiting to see when this would happen for him.

yeah that is great for him. Josh is a talented rider and always seems to be down to earth and friendly. I saw him at barber one time at either a wera or ccs race, he was there being the pit bitch for his girlfriend. I made eye contact with him and realized who he was, but didn't want to bother him so i just nodded my head and said hi and mentioned i hoped he got a factory ride soon and walked on. He actually went outta his way to come to me and shake my hand and chat for a minute. Really nice guy.

That being said, i'm not expecting much out of him for that race, but surely he will do better than that has-been quitter ben bostrom did at laguna. That was pitiful.

My best friend is pals with him and every now and then we hit up Pala (dirtbike track) with his crew, all of them are super cool guys and girls, oh and are all RIDICULOUSLY fast!

I think the besides the tire adjustment, the next biggest thing that Hayes will have to get used to is the amount of electronics on the GP bike. Currently he uses little to no TC, which IMO is bad ass!!

Yhea he is a cool guy. I actually was talking to him for like 20 minutes at P.B.I.R. he had to go because his wife had crashed and was actually apologizing that he had to go. Very humble individual.

I was wondering about this also. BUT, who cares he gets to go ride. Matbe they can dail it down a bit.
