I have an '05 with racetech internals and Ohlins rear shock so the static sag might be a little different. I weigh 158 unsuited. My front is 24mm and rear is 22mm. Its a little softer then what I would run say T-Hill but thats due to the constatnt elevation change and technical aspect of the course. As far as gearing I like -1/+1+2 because there are only short bursts of straights. You don't want to go to high in the gearing because due to some off camber corners your drive out might get kinda hairy especially through the right Turn 2 and through the Carousel. Watch out for the end of the Carousel into the drag strip there is a little divit that can throw your rear end out. Also try giving the bike a little more rake. I have the front forks lowered 2mm and the rear raised 1mm. Turn in is much better. But if this is your first time take it easy. Its a very demanding course. Take your time but most important have fun.

I have pretty much the same setup as you, except I weigh 200lbs. I did a track day on 2/11 with PTT, and a guy highsided right infront of me exiting turn 2.:headshake I'm going to try the forks lowered by 2mm, and see if I can get the fast turn in without the tankslappers. Thanks for the tips, hopefully at race pace I will be able to get down into the 44 or 45's.

I'm not quite as fast. Bone stock I was averaging 1:55's. With the bike pretty much setup now I'm in the low 1:50's. I'll crack a high 1:48 every now and then but I haven't raced in a few years. I was running 1:47-1:48 on my prepped CBR600RR in '04-'05 race times. Yeah man turn 2 at sears is hairy as hell. Its up hill to the apex and flat at top with no runoff to the outside. Also watch out for your brake point on the back side straight before you hit the chicane. Because if you get a good drive out of Turn 9 your front ends up off the ground and by the time you get it down your already at the brake point. So many times even on my 600 I had to trail brake into that turn. But have fun man and anything 1:40's is fast.
