Question OHLINS KA345 46 PRXLS Shock Need Advice 1st Gen

Hey Guys I have a 2004 10R with the front Ohlins 20mm Piston Kit done by Thermosman, and a brand new Ohlins KA345 46PRXLS rear shock . I have the geometry set to my liking coupled with Thermosman's advice. The front is perfect. The problem is that this rear shock feels UBER stiff even though my Static sag #s and Rider Sag #s are Within normal limits per Ohlins recommendations. - The rear squat characteristics are incredibly stiff. It really makes little difference with the high and low speed compressions settings. I previously had the stock shock Rebuilt and revalved with Race tech spring prior to Buying the Ohlins, and even though the Eye to Eye length is the same this Ohlins feels super stiff compared to the rebuilt stocker. I swapped my 95NM spring for a 90Nm spring and it still feels stiff. 95NM was recommended for my weight. I even had the Installed preload of 12mm adjusted to 5mm. Yep still stiff...

Is this normal for this shock on this model???? Anyone besides me have this experience????

Any input is appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Man that sounds weird. This would be a shot in the dark but you didnt over tighten your chain did you? Hopefully some guys like fireman69 and Mr FlipFlops will see this. Both guys are racers and have helped me sort through a couple of suspension questions I had.

I'm no suspension guru but I wonder if a lighter weight oil would benefit you any.

Need OEM parts? Discounts available on all Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, and Kawasaki factory parts. PM me.

Thanks Shakey for the advice, will live with it for the time being and when I send it in for the service, I'll have them check it out.
