Hayden on Pole

Our man Tommy Gun is on pole in superstock.

He could've been 3rd in Superbike practice with that time!!! :o
It was also a full second ahead of the world SBK guys.
Roger qualified 3rd and Hayes 5th.
This weekend should be awesome.

Tommy has won the superstock race by almost a full second
with his brother following him to the stripe and Hayes came in 4th, 1.3 secs behind Aaron Gobert.

T Hayden got the pole, led the most laps and won the race. He is only 5 pts behind Hacking in the standings. The rest of the season should be a barn burner. Go Team Green.

YES :D :D :D

If he wins the championship that will be utterly brilliant, will also shut up those R1 guys saying that the superstock is the best showing how good the streetbikes are. Personally I feel a very big part of it is having a very good rider, but if Hayden wins, it is of course all thanks to the ZX10R

Superstock race 1 at Laguna Seca Tommy Hayden caught the fast starting Jas Disalvo and pulled away for a comfortable win from fellow Kawasaki Racing Team, team-mate and younger brother Roger Lee Hayden. Roger was on Tommys tail but unable to challenge for the win. Both Kawasaki riders had about 5 seconds on third place Yamaha rider.

Josh Hayes held up on a turn 3 first lap crash lost touch early on and finished a strong 4th position.

3 x Ninja ZX-10R in the first 4 places. Well done KRT and the Attack Kawasaki Teams.

Just got back from Laguna, and thought I'd add fuel to the fire. My stock motored, Tiforce equipped ZX-10r got through the traps in Superstock at 140.8 to Tommy's 141.2! These bikes are absolute missles! I'm still struggling to get it to turn but the speed is definitely there. This was the first race that I am aware of a Superstock ZX10r besides the factory bikes, so it was very interesting to see the straight line speed differential between my bike and the other privateers!

top shelf, you have to be getting off of the turn pretty well to get that much straight away speed. Keep up the good work. It is great to see a privateer ZX10 out there.
