First time at track/14years old

Whats up, well thought that i would tell everyone this story? Well my 14year old brother kept wanting to take the 10 down the track and two weeks ago I let him. He has been riding dirt bikes for awhile and had rode my 600 acouple of times, but never the 10. I let him ride it at the track and he looked like he was doin fine so i let him make a few passes. Well on his 3rd and final pass he hit a 6.8. Now there are other bikes out there and at first they thought it was cool that i was goin to let him do it untill he started winning. At first he beat a 636 on his first pass and let off before the finish line(says the guy on the 636). First pass 7.3 in the 1/8. Then his second pass he beat this other guy on a R6 with a 7.0 pass. Now the guys find out that he is only 14 and not 16(age to run at this track, i dunno???) and looks like some are gettin upset that this young kid is wipping up on them. They are always at the track running and even though it is a 10 i guess they expected to win since it was his first time. And the final run he hit a 6.8 and beat on RC51. Well thought it was kinda funny and think that if he keeps it up at this age. . .who knows. . .he might be good one day. Oh yea, my bike is stock wheel base, lowered, strapped, -1ft and +2rear, everything else is stock. Everyone is tellin him to get a 636 but i really think he needs to get a 10 because the 636 is goin to seem slow compared to the 10, what do ya'll think?

I think since hes been riding a 600 already to get the 636....yeah hes raced your 10 but a 600 would be a wiser choice. How old do u have to be to get a Class M license in SC??

Seems as though he can ride, from what you tell us. But regardless, I'm not sure I would recommend a 10R as his first street bike, trouble waiting to happen if you ask me, especially being as young as he is.

If he rides yours it seems he can control the throttle and clutch. The problem with todays kids is that they don't respect the power of a bike. It seems your brother does and that alone is great. Just don't let him get around "other" kids that are not as mature as him and want to do wheelies and endos and do 186mph in the rain with bald tires wearing only shorts and flip flops......

"Best" (Time Slip Proof) Run so far :

330ft: 4.5
1/8: 6.7 @ 113mph
1/4: 10.2 @ 142mph
