The team is going to appeal the whole process. But it seems pretty obvious that they screwed up if the AMA release is true. I can't believe that any team at that level would commit such an obvious, easy to find rules infraction. I don't see how they could have mis-interpreted the rules on this. It is a bad situation for Attack Kawasaki since they will never get the public recognition for a great performance, if the appeal fails. And it would be a terrible black eye for Erion Honda. I am sure Josh Hayes would never condone of anything like this but he pays heavily for something beyond his control.
Don't confuse me with facts, my mind is already made up.
