190 Dunlop slicks 448-449

Anyone run the 190 Dunlop slicks on their zx10. I have an opportunity to buy 2 190 rears cheap. Just didn't know if it would be a no no on a 6in rim.

I've always been told to go with 200s will the profile be ok?

I've run a few sets of the 449 190 and 200s on a 5.5" rim (ZX6R). I currently have a set of 190 GP-As mounted on my ZX10 rims but haven't rode on them yet. The 190 is okay for a 6" rim though. They say the 5.5" rim is the best but the range is 5.5 to 6" for that tire. The 200 on the 5.5" rim really makes it turn in a lot more. I would imagine the opposite to be true by running a 190 on a 6" rim (less turn in).

I'd never buy a used tire. They are from an old friend I use to race with.

Hope to see you at summit point/VIR
