I'm selling my ZX-10R. I was going to put the sliders and the insert in when spring arrives, but now I have other plans. :)

I've put Rifleman's inserts in on other bikes. Its not bad at all. The description of how to put them in is more detailed than it actually needs to be.

I'll be putting one in my TLR soon too.
