who was that on the 15N?

I saw a orange 10 on the 15 this morning around 6. It had two bros racing exhaust and Minnesota plates. the rider had a vr1 lid from KBC and a icon MIL orange vest

I dont know who it was, but think I've seen the guy you're talking about. 10's seem to be pretty rare around here.

The 15 is pretty long...what area are you talking about?
I've seen a couple of new 10's in my area of the 15 (Cajon pass/high desert) but haven't been able to catch and talk to them yet (always been in the truck).
