Talking What I learned on vacation:

So last week, I went on vacation. Went to see Plyr get married in GA, then drove to KS to race. It was a great time and I drove about 3K mi.

Heres some things I learned, and I thought I'd pass it on.

GA Drivers. NO CONSIDERATION TO SPEED LIMIT. Everywhere, Everyone was speeding by a min of 20mph. Crazy! If you want to learn nascar...go to ATL. Traffic in ATL is NUTS! 8 lanes each way...and its still bumper to bumper.

Kansas city drivers are about the opposite of ATL drivers....

Roads pretty much everywhere but TX are CRAP!

If I move somewhere besides TX it would be to eastern TN or SO Kentucky...WOW! Beautiful country! SO KEN aint quite got the trees like GA or TN does...but beautiful f'sho! Love the rolin hills and corn and wheat for days!

It gets hot in KS! And if you dont like storms and tornadoes...DONT move to KS...my second night there...50 mph winds...That would prolly knock every tree in Texas over.

You yankees didn't get that name fer nothin. I was in the bathroom at the race track in Topeka...Saw a gentleman and looked him in the face...and I said "HOWDY!" He looked at me like I had just tried to look at his junk or soemthing...

ANyway...he started shavin or something and there was about 20 sinks in there...and since we were the only ones in the bathroom, I thought it'd be funny to brush my teeth in the sink next to him since he was too cool to say hi...

Driving 3K miles in a week will wear you out!

If you haven't been to Stone Mt just outside of ATL, you should go, its great!

Makin' me homesick for the South man. I love driving in Atlanta - reminds me of Dallas rush hour, bumper-to-bumper @ 90mph. Up here in Seattle, everyone drives 5mph below the limit in the left lane. The food is super-bland too. Get to try any crawfish ettouffe?
