Designer for international architecture company

Since I'm in DC, our office hasn't felt it like some of the other offices around the country (and world). We had a small layoff, but nothing major. Right now, its starting to look like business is on the up and up a bit. So may be slow for a while, but we still have work.

residential lead carpenter in the mid west.

so far my company is keeping us busy. a few of our new houses got "postponed" but we do alot of remodels and room additions so that work is still there....knock on wood. we are getting undercut by alot of half assed contractors that are just trying to stay afloat. which makes it hard for those of us that are quality oriented to compete

Lead A/V installer: We do custom audio video installations. Home theatre, whle house audio, home networking, and just about anything low voltage you can think of. We've been doing pretty well with the february change over coming, alot of folk buying new tvs thinking their old ones are toast. But we hit some slow patches in the spring so Im curious what this spring holds. Luckily thats when I dont want to be working anyhow

Now that I think about it.
Why start this thread when you can reply to

https://zx-10r.net/forum/showthread.p...hlight=economy

I hope mods merge these 2 threads
