Smile well a 08 250 on its way!!

so, i went to day to buy an 08 ZX-10R and my wife was with me.. and she was ok with it until she saw the 08 250... She sat on it and it was sold... So we bought it( the built one was red).. a black 08 250r... its still in the crate and wont be ready until next thursday, they need to order lowering links and install em... its 30 out right now, no biggy... i will post pictures as soon as we get it

the awesome husband i am gave up buying a new 08 sad:

she better be good to me haha

thanx guys.. i cant tell you how excited she was...

she has to take her permit test this weekend and she can sign up for the motorcycle saftey course!!

this was the next best thing to giving the ring of her dreams.... im hoping that that can get this in sooner then next thursday... ive called a few dealers and these 250s are not staying on the floor... esp the black one

well after reading all the reviews about the 08 10 on this site, i need to buy one... i just gotta convince my wife...

i hope she lets me... i let her buy the 250

Please post to this thread what your dealer is going to use for lowering links. I have heard that the same links for the 04-05 10R will work, but no one has confirmed it. My wife is 5'7" so we don't think that she will need to lower hers, but it would be nice to know exactly what to do if we need to. My dealer doesn't seem to know and my wife's blue 250 won't be here until the end of April, so we have plenty of time. If there is a huge snow storm covering all of New England at the end of April, you will know that we caused it by taking delivery of her bike on that day.
