"The Village" Plot wrecker inside...

Do not waste your time or your money on this crap-ass movie...go for a two hour ride. It is cheaper and infinitely more enjoyable. You could have more fun becoming incident #4 on a faulty ZX10R wheel.

you just have to watch a few of Shyamalan's other films to realize that they're all a waste of time..... you spend the whole movie thinking it's about to get scary, and then all of a sudden, it's over. Just look at Sixth Sense, Unbreakable, and especially Signs (was that alien supposed to be scary, or what?)... I opted for King Arthur and The Manchurian Candidate this weekend. King Arthur was good... not much plot though. Manchurian Candidate was the most boring movie I've seen (in theaters) in a long while. It was pretty predictable, and there were no real plot twists the entire time.

Interesting I was going to see it but missed the show time went and saw Irobot instead, not a bad flick I guess everything worked out for the best. Too bad I got a fricking parking ticket while I was inside the movies

Our local paper spilled the beans on the plot twist, so that sealed the deal for me. Saved me $18 including g/f fee.

I don't know how you put a spoiler tag on this thread, so I don't want to ruin it for those who may still want to see the movie. Those who have seen it however may feel free to let loose.

The only ruinous experience you can have with this movie is to go see it.
