Tic tac tic tac

So i finally decided to take off my extensions and put it back to stock, thinking

bout going for a trip next year hopefully and want to be able to lean it not that i

dont lean with it now but don't want to take any chances! i have never rode my

bike without the extensions so I'm kind of nervous how it might feel, i jumped

from a 250 to the zx10r have not rode any other bike stock to try to compare,i

had it for 3 years now and i love my baby, just looking for any inputs, advice,

can i keep it lowered? or just take off the extensions??

I'm looking WTB speeedohealer and for a good exhaust(shorty) if any body selling!!

i wanted to ask you guys if anybody has installed a Gipro?? i order mine but do i need to have a map

to be able to use the TRE?? cause it give a mode option:off,4th gear map,5th gear map or 6th gear map???http://www.ebay.com/itm/140569726908...#ht_1844wt_922

thanks in advance!!!

You'll be fine. It will definitely handle different but if you leave it lowered it won't be a drastic change. If you raise it back up it will feell like your on a smaller bike for a little bit.

No you do not need a map in order to install the GIPro/TRE. I have an 04 without a power commander and mine works just fine. It comes with easy to follow installation instructions.

IF you plan on putting the TRE on a 1st gen.......i'd save the cash and put it towards some good brake pads OR a radial master cylinder as the TRE's are about worthless on the 1st gen's.
