Stripped swingarm question

Ok so I have the swingarm here and I'm ready to throw some clear coat on it (it's already sandblasted) I just wiped it down with rubbing alcohol to get the fingerprints off it but I can still see them on there. Any idea what I can use to clean it up real good before I clear it?
