Running Forums

Anyone in here run? I'm trying to get back into it after SEVERAL years of being lazy. I used to be pretty good at it, but am now older and it is taking more out of me. Does anyone know of any good running forums? I'm trying to stay motivated and find a good running forum web site. I joined athleticrunner.com, but that place is dead. I posted up my newbie thread over a week ago and not one dag gum welcome reply! I guess 10r.net got me spoiled.

Send a message via AIM to cecil_kawi
www.mapmyrun.com

You can map out routes near where you live, keep a training log, and view other people's routes and logs in your area.

You don't know what you can do until you know what you can't do...
