Thats just awesome Don. I would love to have those. Its $50.00 here to have em changed and thats I take em off the bike myself. When you start adding that to tire costs it can add up fast.

I got a guy that just opened a Hand Car wash and wants me to use 1/2 of the building for a bike shop. He already has the permits and up to code.
It's in a prime location on the corner of the 2 main streets with a big bill board out in front, perfect for advertising.
Lots of room, and an office up front for the computer and manuals.
And a chain link cage to lock tools and parts up in.

It looks like maybe getting laid off from the shipyard, may be a good thing.
I'm hoping everything continues staying the course.
Got my fingers crossed. Now if I can get this grant for school and tools I'll be set.

Good deal....on that tire changer I recommend drilling in concrete and mount it good for stability...I have the same tire changer but I don't use it.

Oh yeah,
I have some RedHead concrete anchors and a true Dewalt Hammer drill.

I figure if the U.S. Dept of Labor is willing to give me a pell grant for 5500
I can pay cash for 2, $600 dollar courses at Penn Foster for 1,200 bucks.
That would leave me 4,300 for tools. And at 75% off, I could buy all the stuff I need for HVAC repair.
Plus a bike lift, compressor, tools and whatever I need.

Keeping my fingers crossed.

Well bro,
What you don't know is...
I am a veteran and was hurt at work under the Long Shoreman Act.
So, the U.S. dept of Labor contacted me and offered me a grant to retrain
under another career because both of my knees are bad now.
So I'm not talking out of my ass just to hear myself.

This is a working plan.
And trust me,
I worked a budget after hurricane Katrina to rebuild my house and stuck to it.
I can do this...
