Didn't you just have one done within the last year? Good luck man, I've been putting off a damaged rotator cuff.

MStart practicing with your left, for EVERYTHING,lol. Good luck man, how'd you originally damage the left, and right? Does the healing process take that long for the shoulder? Mine's been nagging at me but not enough that I can't take it. Keep hoping it'll go away. I've had 5 knee ops only 2 were major, never any shoulder work (yet).

The doc said mine are damaged from heavy benchpress, and excessive bag work(hitting the heavybag). He is a sports medicine doc and said that benchpressing with a straight bar heavy is terrible for the shoulders. I have surgery on the 16th and physical therapy starts the very next day to prevent it from getting stiff. It takes a while to gain strength back. My job requires me to be 100% before I go back to work so Im not a workmans comp risk.

Well its taking a while to type this with one hand...hell i have a hadr enough time typing with two!! Any how its the day after my surgery and all is pretty good sore as hell but thats normal!! The only problem was the nurses in the O.R didnt put my arm in a imobilizer to prevent me from raising it to high, I was out of it and didnt catch it and the girl who picked me up didnt know. I woke up in my bed with my arm over my head!!!! NOT GOOD! I called the doc and had to go rite back to get the proper sling!! that and the allergic reaction to my pain meds have been the only problems. Have physical theropy today which is gonna be a bitch im sure!!!! Thanks guys!!!!!!
