New Workout Supplement for those that take them

Whats up guys/gals.

I just had to share this with those of you that lift weights and utilize different supplements to achieve greater gains and quicker recovery. I currently take a good mixture of supplements that I am very pleased with results wise and wanted to share with you one of them in particular.

The main product I wanted to boast about is a post-workout recovery miracle powder called "After Glow" made by Biorhythm. It is the most amazing stuff I have ever taken. I take it IMMEDIATELY after completing my workout in the gym locker room with 8oz of water. I swear I can put my body through the most helacious workout and I will not feel almost no painful soreness...just good "pumped" soreness.

Legs is particular is where i think this product really has shown me its value. I histrocially would skip leg day whenever possible, i hated it. Consequently i realized a need to focus on them and get them up to par with the rest of my build. I started trashing my legs and initially i could not walk normally the next couple days, going up and down stairs would be annoying painful etc as i am sure most of you have noticed at some point w a good leg workout. I swear I started taking this product and that nearly completely stopped. I know my legs got more accustomed to being worked and would naturally be less sore with more repetative workouts but i have been upping the weight and taking this stuff and feel no pain at all.

here is a link if you want to read about the contents.

the stuff aint cheap but GD I think it has been worth every penny.

full ahead hard and fast....

just thought id give them props. great prices, i've been ordering from them for 6 or more years. if you are looking for more pro-hormone stuff try-dpsnutrition.com. they carry more stuff like that than prosource. far as new products, a pre workout- fusion force by bioquest. been using eas phosphogen for years with good reliable results. went to reorder and they did not have any. tried the fusion force, very pleased, on my second tub now. i rarely have found stuff that really works. this is a good product. bio quest makes good stuff. back in the day i got some stuff from gaspari nutrition(illegal now) that really worked too. i prob spend about $1200 +/- a year on supplemants. then groceries, thats another story. you look at that "folstaxan" suff? read on that too when you get a chance. sounds promising but who knows right?
