My experience buying from JakeWilson.com
Well, it amazes me that in this day and age people will try to do shady business on the internet without thinking of the consequences.
I search their website, fill in the fields for what kind of bike, brand, model, etc and land on a JT sprocket that looks really cool, black with round holes...kinda like a Driven one but in steel and cheap, which is what I needed at the moment. So I get on their Live Chat deal and talked to Cris, I asked him about the "black" sprocket and all that, he went to look at it and came back to tell me "yes, I have 1 left"...Great, I'll take it!
So I get their box 2 days after the purchase, as expected and what I get is a silver sprocket with a star pattern, kinda like a cheap looking one...WTF???
I called them this morning and this is the answer I get "well, the picture you see in our page is a generic one as we don't have the space to show all the sprockets we carry..." WTF? Really? no space? I said "how about a remark mentioning that little detail?" no answer....anyway, If you had a good experience with them, good for you...I didin't and that's why I'm venting here, all feedback is good, hope this helps you on your next purchase...
Me personally, I'm not buying from them again.
