It may only be one, but I bet Suzuki is looking very closely at this. It had to have made it back to them by now it is all over the net. But you can be sure they will downplay it and say it was being abused or it should have never been on the track. Our bike had a manufacturing problem that was addressed and resolved. It was an easy fix (relative to this) but I started with only one as well.

Well, I started out with nothing and I still have most of it...

Weld penetration can be a difficult thing to determine w/o looking at a cross section of the joint. Should be an interesting topic on the gixxer boards.
