Well for you guys who like to shoot critters; specifically deer.
Any of you ever butcher or process your own venison?
For years ive done my back straps and jerkey but always sent meat to the local processing guys to make me salami and hickory sticks that sort of stuff.
Yesterday i went to Gander Mountain and picked up a grinder and all the kits to make my own.
All i got to say (don't mind my cuss') Holly Fugg'n Deam....why did i wait soooooooo long. Good thing there is not much fat in this stuff cause im drool'n just thinking about it again, its that good.
