Kellys Coffee & Fudge Factory (california residents look here)

To all my cali personnel I'm curious as to how many of you like their products:

1) How was there coffee, Chocolate, and food?

2) How was their customer service, Professionalism, and subject matter knowledge

3) What is the visual appeal of the inside and outside of the store?

4) How would you compare Kellys products to Starbucks products?

Thanks for any feedback and anything extra I forgot to mention.

Damn nobody? I'm just trying to see what these stores are all about cause my buddy told me about them when he came back from cali as a possible business venture.

Never heard of it...don't know about a business venture though, everyone is giving the bucks a run for its money
McDonalds, Carl jr, 31 flavor have premium coffee iced coffees etc etc

the bucks sales are down 1bout 10% and they are closing some stores that are underperforming and slowing the openings of new ones...
good luck though..
