This year i've lost 55lbs, I'd still like to cut another 10-15 to get down to 170. I took a year off the moto-racing and needed something to fill the competition void. I took up duathlons (run-ride-run) and ended up doing pretty alright. I'm pretty strong on the bike, I'm ok in the run.
My last one of the year, 5 weeks ago, i was 15th out of 123 entrants and i was 6th fastest on the bike overall. 5km run, 20km ride, 2.5km run and it took me 1hr13m.
