I Am So Mad! Anyone from New Mexico??

I am so pissed at Watercraft Engine Technologies in Albuquerque NM and do not know what to do. I sent an ultra 150 jetski engine to them for a complete rebuild at the end of march. I was told 6 weeks until it would be done. When initially talking to the guy he seemed alright and knowledgeable. He said as soon as they received it he would let me know and then have a complete evaluation done on it the following week and let me know the total cost of the rebuild. Needless to say he still cant give me a straight answer on what is going on with the engine. He says that he is busy and doesnt have time to talk on the phone and tells me to quit calling him. He is stating now that he never gave me a time frame as to when it would be done. The last time i spoke with him we were literally in a shouting match. What kind of customer service is this? My wife called a few hours later and he screamed at her and finally stated he would send me a core back because he didnt have time to deal with me or my wife! This is fine as I would rather not do business with this kind of person, but it has been over a week now and no word on a core being shipped or anything. I am so frustrated at this point. What would you do. Anyone in Albuquerque interested in checking out this guys operation for me? Heres a link to their website. http://www.watercrafttech.com/about_us.php
