Exclamation Help!!!

Ok guys i am in need of serious help here. I had two sets of forks and a rear shock supposed to be delivered today by ups. They were shipped next day air from texas. There not fucking here and nobody knows where they are. They were scanned in at the shipping terminal in houston and haven't been seen since. The dumb fuck on the phone says we can't put a trace on the package til midnight tonight. Does anybody have any advice as to what we can do to try and find my package? We were suppose to put the bikes together tonight cause we have a trackday this weekend at roebling. UPS people are being complete dicks. HELP!!

Do you have a tracking #? If so, Call 1-800-pick UPS..they have the latest tracking.

We have a tracking #. That is how we knew it was only scanned in, in texas. We can't even put a trace on the package. Only the guy who shipped them can. He is going to do that at midnight. He has called ups raising hell and so have we and it's not doing any good. All they know is it doesn't look like the package even made it to NC.

If you have a tracking # then you can track just like the shipper, call the number I gave you and report back...by the way I live with a UPS manager.

After several phones calls to ups by us and the guy that built the forks for us they magically found our package still in houston, texas. They are now in flight to kentucky for some reason. UPS told us we would have them in the morning sometime. We are going to call and raise hell again in the morning to make sure we get them as early as possible to get these bikes built. Everything is working against us on this. Two days before we leave and we have no suspension for either bike and i have half the brake pads i need. Thank God Brad is helping me out on the pads and i should have them tomorrow as well. Its gonna be a long day tomorrow.

Ok we finally got our stuff about lunch time today. After being lied to by two managers and them telling us some bullshit story about their driver's cell phones don't work til after 10:30 so they couldn't contact them. We ended up having the dispatcher locate the truck that had our package and we went and got it from him. That is the worst service i have ever had, or heard of, with them.
