fork cleaning

i did a ride at night near my house about 3 weeks ago, and my bike looks like it went threw a bug wash. ..... anyone know how to clean the bugs off of your forks? i tried everything i could that wont ruin them, the bugs came off easily on the fairings, it just the forks are being stubborn.

S1000, if you've not already applied a good coat of polish. If so, warm soapy water is all it takes.

well a little soakin and a hose spray nozzle from a couple feet away should do the trick.

I just wrap mine in wet rags and let it sit then they wipe right off.

Rearsets, Scorpio Alarm, Scotts Damper, Ivan's TRE, Ivan PCIII USB Map, Ivan's Kleen Block-Offs, Clear Alternatives Flush Mounts, Puig Double Bubble, Mirror Blocks, Sho-gun sliders, 1/5 throttle, Hot bodies fender eliminator, Goodridge SS lines, pazzo shorties and exhuast hanger.

I let it sit for about 15 mins.
