First Bikeweek Fatality?

Local news has this on their website.

"Bike Week officially rolls into Central Florida Friday but already there is one death on a road.
Robert Cutchineal, 21-years old died after losing control and crashing his motorcycle on Nova Road Wednesday night.
The death comes in the wake of a record number of fatalities during bike week last year.
An estimated 500,000 people are expected to pack venues across Central Florida for this year's events.
Daytona Beach Police say they are ready for the extra crowds and to write tickets for any bikers who violate the city's noise laws."

and the link. http://www.cfnews13.com/News/Local/2...eek_death.html

RIP to the rider. But I think it's that they are calling it the first death of bikeweek when it happened on Wednesday just so they can get headlines. Bikeweek didn't officially start till today.

R.I.P.

"Any man who says he is an AMERICAN, but something else also, isn't an AMERICAN at all.
We have room for but one flag, the AMERICAN FLAG .... We have room for but one language here, and that is the ENGLISH LANGUAGE...
And we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the AMERICAN PEOPLE" TR

RIP fellow biker. There are already quite a few bikes in Daytona area starting things off early. If they follow through by ticketing people for noise violations there will be no one left for Bike Week though.
