Question Dealt with Starcyclebefore??

Has anybody dealt with Starcycle before - I'm thinking of buying an exhaust off them.

They have pretty good prices but I had a bad run in with them. They sent me the wrong windscreen that I got my dad for a christmas present and they wouldn't refund me the full amount that I paid for the windscreen and express shipping. He also charged me a restocking fee when it was their screw up from the beginning. So say the windscreen was 100 and the shipping was 20, he was only gonna give me like 85 back. About two and a half weeks after I sent the windscreen back I still hadn't received any refund. I called and called and called some more and still nothing was done. He said, "It was really busy around there and he didn't have time to do it." So about 3.5 weeks after sending the windscreen back with no refund, I called the credit card company and explained what had happened and showed proof that I returned the product. They gave me the full amount back the next day.

Maybe no one else has had a problem with them but they were straight up assholes to me. I'll never deal with them again.

I suggest checking Pipe City. http://www.pipecity.com/ They were really pleasant to deal with and a huge help.

Thanks mate - got a bad report from 2 guys on the R1 forum as well. I'll probably steer clear of them.
