Damn it is HOT in Bama today

Have a digital thermometer on the side of my house with no shade and it is 105.8 right now rode a little this morning probally lost 5 pounds sweating nothing like black leather in the summer.

wow, its cool as a cucumber up here in fishkill NY, a balmy 67. but i've ridden many of times in San Anotonio where you can't put your foot down at a stop without it sticking to the tar

Blinkin' hot in Texas too. The weather channel site says 96 locally. I don't know where they've got that thermometer at but it's not outside cause it's way hotter than that. This is no joke, some of the cows look like Hippos, they are standind back deep in the stock ponds to escape the heat.

Finally bought one of the Joe Rocket mesh jackets and it is much cooler but it doesn't hold the armor in place very well, it sort of rolls around some. Hope I don't have to find out how well it works. Think I'm going to look into some other brands.

It is very dry there not so here it is true what they say it is not the heat it is the humidity

I bought me one of these for Florida riding, the armor stays in place, it also has a removable waterproof liner(which is waterproof) , it is ICY cool at anything over 50MPH....$135 check it out,

Hey I'm from Bama and if it is 105 outside in the summer you can bet it is 98% humidity and lethal to old people (like me) LOL
