Anyone have any idea of how much this would cost to fix?

I know it's not motorcycle related, but I was hoping some people would know.

So the wife decided that the driveway wasn't big enough and ran the car along side the house. Here's the damage, I'm scared to even think of how much this is going to cost to fix.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated, just didn't want to take the car into the shop and they quote me some ridiculous price only because it's a Mercedes you know.

Thanks

It does look a lot worst than it is because of the paint from the house on the car, I cleaned it up a bit and it's just the dents now.

Or does anyone know of a good salvage yard that sells MB parts.

My dad used to have a body shop so I have somewhat of an idea. If its only the rear door and quarter panel thats dented it shouldn't cost that much. They'll just repair that and blend the clear into the front door so the paint will match. If I had to guess, I'd say you can get it done for around 600 or less and that would be getting it repaired right, not some hack-job.

Yes, I have insurance, but I already had one accident on it this year.

I'm thinking more than 600 also, I guess I'll find out soon enough.

dont be afraid to get a few estimates at some quality, reputable shops and see if the one you prefer will price match man!.........the economy is for shit right now and i would bet they dont see many "out of pocket" customer pay type repairs as of recently and that will be to your advantage!

and most shops are prob gonna be within a few hundos of each other because they most all use similar estimating software that gives a standard flat rate time on each procedure done in a collision repair depending on make and model!

Do youself a favor though and avoid backyard type shops unless you know someone there and have seen their work in person..........and pick a shop that has a lifetime warranty on paint and repairs..most do..but get it in writing!
