How/why are they supposed to fix a frame to survive hitting a wall at 100mph.

Guy did not say it hit a wall at 100...the other guy asked if it did....everytime a guy says a gixxer frame snapped, half the people in the US say "yeah because it hit a wall at 100mph" as far as I know and read in the first case the frame broke before the rider fell...in this one NOBODY said the bike hit a wall...
just some people own them and want to believe that is what it takes for the frame to break.....heck, I'd be scared and be in denial juss like them.

Bike did not hit a wall!!

"I don't have pics or more details other than it tore at the weld (not sure if was in the weld, or on the seam) but like before it hit a wall at 100+mph at Summit Point in turn 4."

The guy did say it hit a wall at 100... either way, at that speed its understandable for the frame to crack.... however, why don't you hear about this nearly as much with other bikes. Not that the thread even convinces me that its true... No, Im not sticking up for GSXR, dont own one, dont want one, Ill stick wit the 10!
